is published for the exhibition of the same name, which took place at FOTOFORUM Innsbruck in May / June 2024 and contains an introductory text by Karin Pernegger.
Under the title KÖRPER RAUM RAUM KÖRPER, the artist Maria Vill has invited eight other contemporary art positions to enter into dialogue with her on this theme in the rooms of the Fotoforum Innsbruck:
Carmen Brucic, Claudia Fritz, Judith Klemenc, Milena Meller, Zita Oberwalder, Christine S. Prantauer, Nora Schöpfer, Maria Vill and Margret Wibmer each explore the concepts of space and body in their own way. Based on the medium of photography, installation, painting and sculpture-like approaches are used to give form to the various investigations. Socio-critical as well as poetic and philosophical reflections come close to each other, particularly in the discussion of the perception of realities, and open themselves up to the breaking down of definitions and boundaries.
