By foot or by bike

The Kunstpavillon is located close to the city centre in the front area of the Hofgarten Innsbruck, between the Palmenhaus and the Landestheater. The walk from the Golden Roof takes approx. 7 minutes (550 m), from the main railway station approx. 17 minutes (1.2 km).
The Kunstpavillon is easily accessible by bicycle. Bicycles are not allowed in the Hofgarten. Bicycle stands are located on the forecourt of the Landestheater and bicycles can also be parked in front of the Kunstpavillon.

By car

The Kunstpavillon does not have its own parking spaces. In the immediate vicinity there is a short-term parking zone as well as the ‘Congressgarage’ and the ‘Parkhaus’ Innsbruck Nordkettenbahn (approx. 5 minutes / 400 m walk away)

The Neue Galerie is located in the Hofburg Innsbruck, entrance Großes Tor and in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The walk from the Golden Roof takes approx. 3 minutes (180 m), from the main railway station approx. 13 minutes (1.0 km).

The Neue Galerie is best reached by bike via Museumsstraße or Universitätsstraße. Bicycle parking is available opposite the Haus der Musik (Universitätsstraße 1).

By car
